A Day in This Role
Watching users react when an AI search result comes back uncertain. That's what the morning's usability tests are really for. After lunch, prototypes get built for a copilot-style interface, iterating on how to show suggestions without crowding the user out of their own workflow. The day closes with a cross-functional review of a trust framework, the rules for when the product asks before acting and when it just acts.
